MiToken Client Data Removal Verification Policy

This document outlines MiToken's policy and procedures for ensuring the complete removal of client data following the de-listing of our application from the Google Play Store.

Data Privacy Commitment

At MiToken, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our clients' data. In compliance with data protection regulations and best practices, we ensure the complete deletion of client data from our servers when our app is no longer available on the Google Play Store.

Scope of the Policy

This policy applies to all client data stored in MiToken's databases and backups, including but not limited to personal identifiers, transaction histories, and usage data.

Procedure for Data Removal

  1. Notification of App Removal: Clients will be notified via email within 24 hours of MiToken's app removal from the Google Play Store.
  2. Automatic Deletion: Within 7 days of the app's removal, all client data will be automatically deleted from our active databases.
  3. Backup Deletion: All backups containing client data will be purged within 30 days of the app removal.
